A $300 deposit is required to reserve a monthly site. It will be applied toward utilities for the last month of stay. Any positive balance will be applied back to your credit card.

There is a $35 cancelation fee if reservation not cancelled less than 30 days of arrival.
 

Hours of operation:
Monday - Saturday: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Please call to make special accommodations if you plan to arrive outside
of these hours, but do not plan to arrive after sunset.

Check in: 1pm (Earlier arrival with approval when space is vacant)
Check out: 11am

When arriving, STOP after passing the mailboxes and palm tree at the entrance. Do not drive around the loop
