	A limited number of our sites can accommodate units up to 40 ft with slides.

	RV's should be newer than 10 years old. Pop-up campers, tiny homes, converted school buses, or home made RVs can not be accomodated.

	All sites are for one RV and one vehicle. A second vehicle must be approved beforehand.

	Be advised that the city of Mesa does not permit commercial propane delivery in RV parks For insurance reasons, we ask that truck mounted campers NOT BE REMOVED.
