Rates are for 2 people, $5/day per person over two.
Rates include parking for ONE vehicle.
RV's should be newer than 10 years old. Pop-up campers, tiny homes, converted school buses, or home made RVs can not be accommodated.
All rates include full hook up, including Wi-Fi internet.
Pets okay (limit 2) with approval, $2/day fee (outdoor pet enclosures prohibited).
Rates include HD cable TV with $100 refundable cash deposit for mini-box.
Daily & weekly rates include electric and water.

*A $300 deposit is required to reserve a monthly site. It will be applied toward utilities for the last month of stay. Any positive balance will be applied back to your credit card.
